We use the unique data form one of banks famously in Taiwan that exceed thirty thousands to study asymmetric information of loan by mortgage in Taiwan. The result we find that it existed asymmetric information significantly between bank and accommodators. We set up one of default amounts standards to judge the default of accommodators. The result supported to the third control variable which divided default amount from one million five hundred ten thousand dollars and two million dollars are the best methods to solve our problems. According to the result of probit regression , we suggest that the bank`s goal of loaning money for small when the response variable is the qualitative data , our models use quantitative data is better than qualitative data in the response variable as the market of automobile insurance.
