This system combines Ethernet, ISAPI and GSM technologies so the users can handle this system through Web browser, Smart Phone or PDA. The hardware part is constructed with Samsung’s S3C2440 MPU. Using C++ language and MFC GUI to develop control program on Windows CE 5.0 Operation system. The user can operate this system through a virtual graphical interface which was using ISAPI or socket network communication technologies.
