In the study, some Kango Verbs, such as “develop” and “practice” were put in the center of the sentences to investigate the combination of Kango Verbs and Case Auxiliary, as well as the variation of the verbal suffix “する“. The result of the investigation was analyzed to test the learning effects of the learners. Besides, from the viewpoint of Japanese language education, the main problem of learning Kango Verbs for Japanese learners would also be demonstrated through the analysis. The result shows that the accuracy rate is higher when the learners use the transitive ones of Kango verbs. While the learners use the intransitive ones of Kango verbs, “が“, the accuracy rate of Case Auxiliary part is high, but that of verbal suffix part is not. Therefore, the overall accuracy rate of using “が“ in sentences tends to be low. As for the usage of intransitive ones of Kango Verbs, “に”, the accuracy rate is not high enough. Besides, for the usage of those Kango Verbs which can be applied as both intransitive and transitive verbs, the accuracy rate of using them as transitive verbs is higher than that of using them as intransitive ones. In addition, to compare the examination results of the synonymous Kango Verbs and the antonymous ones, the tendency is almost the same. Among all the Kango Verbs examined in the study, the intransitive causative form, whose usage is equal to the usage of transitive verbs has the lowest accuracy rate. There are several factors which would influence the learning of Japanese Kango Verb for people whose mother tongue is Chinese. The positive transfer and the negative transfer of the mother tongue are influential. Aside from mother tongue interference, there are also some other factors. Besides, while using Kango Verbs, it is difficult for learners to determine whether to use them in intransitive forms or to use them in transitive ones.
