According to IEK, our country has the largest market share of the resistance type touch panel. The demand fund and technology of this industry is low, it has leaded to the price war. For this reason factories use increasing the producing amount and decreasing the cost as the goal. Try to maintain the gross profit by the huge amount and low cost. To simplify and reform the procedure of the production can make the lowest cost of the large number of manpower. The main purpose of this study is improving the cycle benefit of combination procedure and the making process ability of procedure. Cell combination process is artificial and instrument. The top and bottom film use the locate column and the gap amount design of instrument to maintain the needed puffiness. Further control the products load value and stabilize the sensitivity of touch panel. This study applied the DMAIC reform procedure (Define, Measure, Analysis, Improve and Control) of Lean Six Sigma. The first, by using the Value-Stream Mapping to estimate and target the item is Cell-Combination Procedure. By using Middle Piece-Combination Procedure to make producing process continue, decrease half times of shooting and pressing model and reform the Double Coat Tape (DCT) as Middle-Piece cover. After conform and reform the content of procedure simplifying, use Regression to figure out the relationship of the combination pressure of machine, combination temperature, and defective rate. The next is using experimental design to find out the DCT material and Film best procedure condition. At last, affirm load Cpk value, combination procedure cycle time, and producing cost reform performance. This study expects to make Lean Six Sigma of high producing speed and high quality actually. Simplify and reform the combination process procedure. Reduce WIP value of combination procedure and product quality variation. Make the producing speed and procedure ability close to stable and the best. Effective increase the product added value and global competitiveness.
