These images can be used by engineer or computer programs to facilitate judgment or positioning in the industry, and can also be used in security monitor, video camera, fax machine, and etc.Before using the CCD in computer visualization processing, the light source for capturing the images is needed. How to place or arrange the light source is a key successful factor to impact the image capturing.Therefore, how to optimumize the light source placement has been a very important task, when using CCD technique in the industry. Many CCD-related device manufacturers also target at optimizing the placement of light source. In this thesis, I propose a technique to get better light projection by using the clear outlines of LED (Light Emitting Diode) crystalline grain as base to adjust the X&Y axis. I also use TRIZ theory to help finding the best light source placement method of CCD. Such method is also used to design the fixed mechanism of the outside light source.
