In urban renewal, the processing process and relocation of illegal construction is a very difficult job, it is also a key point to influence urban renewal business promotion success or not.
In this research, to depend on some research in connection with illegal construction relocation, start from the background of illegal construction and the development and control in Taipei City. And hope to distinguish the essence of illegal construction problem. After that, by discuss the illegal construction for correlation laws about the urban renewal to explain the relationship between the illegal construction and urban renewal, and how to treatment of the illegal construction in urban renewal.
Finally, by the result of urban renewal in Taipei City and using case study, to discuss how to deal with the illegal construction and its relocation program. And talk about the problem that to deal with illegal construction in the process of urban renewal.
