This research has adopted Taichung MS Enterprise Volunteer as an example to explore how well the business entity with different business background understands and identifies the MS Enterprise Volunteer. This research also explored further on the influence incurred after the business entity knows and understands more of the functionality of MS Enterprise Volunteer. Thru questionnaire and analysis methods of Factory Analysis, ANOVA and Multi-Regression Analysis, noticeable variances were found in the following different modes: 1. Different types of business entities vs MS Enterprise Volunteer from the aspect of assignment/functionality. 2. Different types of business entities vs expertise guidance offered by the MS Enterprise Volunteer. 3. Different types of business entities have different identifications on different aspects of knowledge, reception, policy and assignment. 4. Different operation hours of business entities have remarkable influence over the variance of the receptions of policy and identification. 5. The understanding level of the assignment and service rules influence the knowledge identification remarkably. 6. Accurate understanding of assignment and ethics principle influence a great deal in the reception identification. 7. Assignment understanding has remarkable influence over the policy and assignment identifications.
