The product, sold to EU, will be forbidden to sell and resulted in the penalty clause, when the EU directives were violated. Different governments and international enterprises, therefore, have been developed environmental protection norms to additionally consider the criteria of environmental protection other than quality, delivery, and costs. Producers invests the ample resources to meet the requirement of green products by the assistance of green management system, green supply chain management, green design and production, information technology system, and training system, etc. However, Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) is the large proportion in Taiwan''s industrial structure, and has its limitations on human resource and capital to promote and establish the green supply chain (GSC). It is essential to find out a feasible solution for SME. In this research, a case of C company was studied in four dimensions (i.e., the management system, production, information and learning) to explore How C company face the EU directives with limited resources. Its problems and the related solutions are also studied to provide other SME a reference.
