The organizations with philanthropic objectives need to re-examine their core competencies. Appraised whether can bear like this economy impact. And use innovation business model which different from the traditional organizations to achieve organizational transformation. In this study, based on theory of stakeholders and the CORPS model, chooses eight organizations with philanthropic objectives as study cases. And carries on cross-case analysis. Learning affect of relationship between organizations with philanthropic objectives and their stakeholders. And make advice to those organizations which want to transform into social enterprise.
This research obtains the main conclusion to be as follows:
1. The social enterprises have a strong ability to integrate resources.
2. The social enterprises strengthen the focus on the business community.
3. The social enterprises engaged in profit-making activities to weaken the influence of volunteer.
