| Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 應用統計學研究所 === 97 === The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among health concept, perceived health status and health-promoting lifestyle for school teachers. Questionnaire survey between genders had been conducted on elementary school teachers of Shing-Chung area in Taipei county. Responses of 323 teachers selected by Quota Proportional Sampling were statistically analysed with descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, canonical correlation analysis and structural equation modeling. The results of study are following：
1、The health concept can positively influence on the health-promoting lifestyle.
2、The perceived health status can positively influence on the health-promoting lifestyle.
3、The health conception can positively influence on the perceived health status.
4、The perceived health status can positively influence on the health conception.
