Description
Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 國際創業與經營管理學程碩士在職專班 === 97 === Printed circuit board (PCB) is used for supporting components of electronic products. PCB has been regarded as the mother of electronics industry. Furthermore, PCB is one of the Taiwanese industries in the global top three ranking, the industry is competitive highly. The study takes the printed circuit board industry in Taiwan as the object to explore and analyze the industry characteristics and competitive environment in order to construct the key success factors on sustainable competitive advantage model. First of all, the study collect reference thesis about the competitive strategy, industry characteristics and competitive environment analysis, then screen and organized the strategy dimensions and evaluation items to design the tentative the KSF on sustainable competitive advantage model. Secondly, the model was reviewed by experts who are served in the PCB industry, asked for opinions about adding or deleting the content after carefully thinking to extract four strategy dimensions and sixteen evaluation items. Thirdly, we use the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) proposed by Saaty (2001) to calculate the relative importance weights of each strategic dimension and evaluation items in detail. Finally, to testify the effectiveness the measure model, the study takes one of leading firm in PCB industry in Taiwan as the object to practice the evaluation model. Meanwhile, we propose the conclusion for the study and suggestions for the PCB industry and the direction of the study in future.
