Besides, this research will also analyze the differences in patients’ perceived risks, satisfactions and loyalty among different catalogues of the patients. The samples of this research are all over 16 years old and located in Taipei area. Descriptive analysis and other analyses are done with SPSS 12. The data reveal that the relationships between patients’ perceived risks and their satisfactions are negative, so as the relationships between patients’ perceived risks and loyalty do. That means the patients’ perceived risks raise during oral treatments, their satisfactions and loyalty will decline. On the other hand, the relationships between patients’ satisfactions and their loyalty during oral treatments are positive, it indicates that the patients get more satisfactions in oral treatments, their loyalty will raise up and back to the same clinic or hospital for further treatments when they need in the future . 黃麗霞 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW |
