There are seven dhapters in this essay. . Chapter one : Briefly introduce the motive and the method of the research. Chapter two describe the difference between Suu Ma Chien’s（司馬遷） Historical Record（史記） and Ban Gu’s（班固（ Han Su（漢書）. Chapter three focus on Han, Dynasty’s Economic and Financial Policy. Chapter four is devoted to the land issue and society’ economy performance. Chapter five focus on the 5 key impotant government officer’s view points to the economic problems the faced and their economic policy suggestions to their Emperors. Chapter 6 is try to survey the connections of the contempory economic and finance policies to the Han’s Dynasty’s economic and finance policies. The final chapter(Chapter 6）is the conclusion
