碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 公共事務管理學系碩士在職專班 === 97 === The aim of this study is to provide the available implement options by investigation of customer satisfaction and service quality from “Association of folk technical skill in Hukou, Hsinchu County”. The findings of this study consist of three parts in service quality (SQ) concerning and customer satisfaction (CS). First, both SQ and CS are not any significant different within gender, but the positive correlated each other. Second, there are to make significant different in age, education, occupation and monthly income. Furthermore, in the part of age between forty-five and sixty-four that is the highest, SQ(Mean=3.90，SD=0.57) and CS(Mean =3.77，SD=0.54), respectively. Another part of education below senior high school that is exceed in others, SQ (Mean=3.83，SD=0.61) and CS (Mean =3.73，SD=0.59) respectively. In part of occupation for housewife that is the most concentrated in SQ(Mean=3.92，SD=0.52) and CS(Mean =3.75，SD=0.52). The last part of monthly income below twenty thousand dollar ($NT) that is the highest, SQ(Mean=3.70，SD=0.62) and CS(Mean =3.59，SD=0.59), respectively. Third, there are four groups is low consciousness of SQ and CS, including the age between fifteen and twenty-four, university and college, business workers and monthly income is $NT 20,000 –$NT 40,000. Especially, both the professional knowledge of staff and service convenient for Old-street are unsatisfied. The conclusions of this study suggest that government has to reinforce the marketing mix for local brand and strategically cooperating with NGO to promote enormously Employment Opportunities.
