At first, people only need eat and drink but now people want higher quality in their life. However work is the most part in the life. Consequently, this search will put forth different leadership styles which can influence satisfaction of job form themselves who working in the financial industry. After Leman brother bankrupt, financial crisis sweep through all of the financial system over the world. All of banks in Taiwan are not exception as well, they could face more serious problem. The financial practitioner will suffer more pressure form their work than other occupation. It is an important issue that how to lead financial practitioner to conquer more pressure form work, more working time and less outstanding in their occupation. In this research, leadership style is a key point that lead employees feel more satisfy and maintain the satisfaction. For this reason, this search will be aimed at Fubon Bank for this search’s object. Fubon Bank is the second nongovernmental bank in Taiwan and their thoroughfare, total properties have one billion four hunger ten million dollars, is the biggest in Taiwan. In addition, this search range is Tao Yuan County where is international airport in Taiwan. The survey aimed at financial practitioners who work in Taipei Fubon bank.
