E-Learning Platform is one of them and can offer the synchronized learning environment and breakthrough the limits of time, space and boundary. It has become a mainstream delivery format and has been built for instruction by many universities recently. HCU Cyber University has been completely constructed as a E-Learning Platform for instruction and training in 2007. According to my research and observation, E-Learning Platform is not user friendly caused by programmer’s planning instead of user-centered design. There are certain issues something like easy to learn, remember and use, minimum errors and user satisfaction that users need to face. This research approach is using a Case Study, Focus Groups, Card Sorting and In-Depth Interview to analyze E-Learning Platform in use in order to figure out the incongruence of technology frame through Orlikowski and Gash’s Technology frame Theory. HCU Cyber University has been completely constructed as a E-Learning Platform for instruction and training in 2007. According to my research and observation, E-Learning Platform is not user friendly caused by programmer’s planning instead of user-centered design.
