Description
Summary:碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 資訊傳播研究所 === 97 === The purpose of this study is to understand the problems colleges face when building virtual studio systems and integrating them into curriculum, and how the colleges respond to the problems. This study also gives suggestions to teaching and learning in virtual studios. The study mainly conducts in depth interviews with teachers with plenty working experiences. The interviews are conducted by the researcher of this study. The finding shows that the biggest problem influencing curriculum, which is integrated with virtual studio systems, is that Universities haven’t built standards for technology transfer and lack complete and systematic training of real-work experience. In the aspect of cross-disciplinary curriculum, the major problem is that every department has its unique attributes and requirements, so the contents of teaching among the departments vary largely which make curriculum integration difficult. In the aspect of student learning, the main problem is that students lack the cross-disciplinary fundamentals of learning virtual studios as well as teamwork time.
