What requirement have they met? Therefore this research time can penetrate the feminine field-grade officer and the gentleman military iffucer model, solution how in both sexes work is unable to achieve the substantive equality under the environment, is how to overcome the barrier and uses what kind of profession development strategy in the profession development process, but can stand out obtains the affirmation. This research is for the purpose of by the custom domain and the level analytic method, by the feminine serviceman''s viewpoint, the key success factor which the discussion air force feminine armed forces officers promote, by way of each kind of related literature''s discussion, draws up the influence promotion initially the first factor, by way of revises with the expert, induces 12 factors, then enters the promotion key success factor selection using the analytic hierarchy process. This study selected female military officers with simple random sampling. By mailing the questionnaires to 42 female military officers, 40 samples was responded (95.24percent response rate). The main results of this study were as follows: 1.In relating to “Personality”is more important in factors and weight. 2.The most important factor of promotion are“substantial official duty study”. 3.The five important key factors for promotion of female military officers ,such as follows:“substantial official duty study”, “brave performance” , “strives and grasps the opportunity”,“altitude sense of responsibility”, “family support and division of housework. Syntheisize the above conclusion, thisresearch suggest the female officer and must is clear and promote the ego ability and professions and have the courage to fight for and know how to handle the ego marketing and let family get in touch with the message of the sexualand even power more to own fixed position, to have the self-confidence, changing the thought and molding the behavior, can fight for the deserved promotion and affirmations.
