碩士 === 開南大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 97 === Due to the U.S.A Sub-Prime crisis, Bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers, and finacial crisis of Lceland, there is a financial meltdown around the world. Since investors lose their confidence on the Market, stock price falling down deeply in all markets. Also the banks are stuck in wealth management business. For accommodating the development and change of the international financial market, financial institutions should strengthen their ability on innovation management to enhance their competitiveness. Especially in this market in which demand of wealth management business is increasing, banks should take stabilized market share rate, revenue creating and competitive advantages as important elements in their development strategies. In this research, we will use case study and qualitative research to analyze the wealth management business of the banks. Also, we will use balanced scorecard with four aspects including finance, customers, internal process, and developing by learning to descript the banks’ vision and strategy map. Then Project Dynamics Approach casual diagram will be used to evaluate the performance indicators of wealth management. Providing high value-added products and services is the common aim to enterprises. And it will become the core value of enterprises. Effective management will not only communicate knowledge and maintain competitiveness, but also create best business efficiency and market interest. In the future, innovating process and creating intellective property will be the key points in developing strategies of wealth management business to maintain competitiveness. We expect to create more healthy and practical wealth management system to increase value-added and interest.
