Strictly speaking, our country does not have a complete housing policy; housing supply and demand are unbalanced and the regional integration development problem has persecuted the project leader consistently. ‘Public Housing’ carrying out by various stage is preferred direction, should be regarded as a realistic plan and in accordance with the housing policy of the political environment trend. Since the government moving to Taiwan, the sharp increase in population, the postwar reconstruction, the increase international energy cost and the development issues between cities and national government, caused housing demand and supply to become complex. The government arranges the huge military family and constructs outside places of military dependants’ village. The folk aspect beginning establishes the construction committee by the government to concentrate the construction and by the special case with better rate carry out, that looks after the lower income earners. But from the public housing rule, scheduling with each plan carrying out, the government has to the hosing market demand systemize in accordance to the measurement, like by concentrates the construction, to loan the people from to construct , the reward private investment to construct and to be auxiliary the people from to buy and other ways.
