Description
Summary:碩士 === 開南大學 === 資訊及電子商務學系 === 97 === In this study, the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method will be used as a theoretical foundation to select the best strategic alliance partner among different IT equipment manufacturers. The first part of four different set of input variables were identified to explore the effect on the partner’s choice. Fifteen listed companies were chosen as the Decision Making Unit (DMU). The inventory turnover ratio, total assets turnover ratio, accounts receivable turnover ratio, fixed assets turnover ratio and other assets had specified as the input variables of the DEA model, while the net profit margin, return on assets and return on equity were assigned as the output variables. The combined efficiency of Taiwan Mobile Corporation and the listed companies were calculated and used as an index to determine the optimal candidate for the strategic alliance. The analysis showed that different input variables would provide different combined efficiency and result in different choice of optimal strategic candidate. The second part of Twelve listed companies will be chosen as the Decision Marking Unit (DMU). The financial data from the market observation post system will be identified as input and output variables to account for the relative important of each input variable, the opinions of experts have been input to the AHP model to determine appropriate weight of different input variable. The simulation result shows that the best strategic alliance partner for TWM Corporation is TAILYN Corporation.
