In this study, Taguchi method is used to analyze the affected parameters of valve function and performance, to reduce the experimental complexities, and to increase the reliability of simulations. In order to utilize a computer simulation instead of the try and error method is provided the efficiency and economical procedure to accomplish the object of requirement. It applied the Computational Fluid Dynamic software (CFD) to simulate characteristics of fluid flow inner the valve. Base on the requirement, during different input pressure retains the output for a constant flow volume; the results show that appropriate setting for the inside diameters of output pipe and flow regulator is the most significant parameters on solenoid valve designing.
