Because of the large influence of personalities, the researcher tries to indicate Chinese five senses horoscope about 4700 years’ history to conduct the research to figure out the suitable standard for employees in Taiwan. There is still lacking in literatures for scientific proofs of horoscope. However, if there are rigorous research designs to provide the scientific proofs, there will be an opportunity for the new research methods to enhance the understanding for personalities. The goal for the research is to verify the predictive abilities for horoscope to personalities. The research is about western five personalities and Chinese traditional five senses horoscope to discuss the influence on value of work. The research target is focus on the employees of south of Taiwanese enterprise, CHANG CHUN plastics CO., LTD. The thesis will probe into the relationship between personalities and five senses horoscope. The whole content is constructed by Big Five which is sagacious, self-critical, extraversion, agreeableness, nervous constitution, and negative control. The research uses the quantity form which design by Juang and Lee in 2001 and collect the data by questionnaire surveys. The total number of questionnaire is 110, but received for 99. There are 85 questionnaires for effective. The researcher uses them to do the data analyzing, such as sample’s structure analyses, reasons analyses, related samples analyses, reliability and validity, describable statistics analyses, and paired-samples t test, to test the real gap between them. The result of the research: The result of stability’s sample shows that there is highly relevance between them. The measurement of reliability and validity for Cronbach’ s α is all above the average for 0.5. It shows that the quantity form is fit with standard of reliability.Through horoscope’s ratiocination, the value of job’s goals all reaches the noticeable on statistics. The explanation for value of job’s goals is 33.3 %( R2=0.333). For the value of job’s device, the explanation is 19.4 %( R2=0.194).Through the ratiocination of five personalities, the value of job’s goals all attain the conspicuous of statistics. The explanation for value of job’s goals is 34.3 %( R2=0.342). For the value of job’s device, the explanation is 17.2 %( R2=0.172).From the result, five senses horoscope has related explanation for personalities’ prediction and value of jobs, and also could provide the value of references for predicative abilities of personalities.
