To avoid common method variance, this study collected data from dyadic samples: direct supervisors and subordinates. The results reveal that job stress has negative effect on organizational commitment. In addition, the relationship between job reward and continuous commitment is moderated by internal locus of control. Some managerial implications as well as future research are discussed according to the research results.
