This study, via twice purposely sampling survey participated by the special education teachers in junior high schools and elementary schools, acquired 194 usable surveys, for a response rate of 76.07%. To avoid common method variance, this study collected data from dyadic samples: direct supervisors and subordinates. The results reveal that job stress has negative effect on organizational commitment. In addition, the relationship between job reward and continuous commitment is moderated by internal locus of control. Some managerial implications as well as future research are discussed according to the research results. Dr.Yi-Jung Chen Dr.Cheng-Chen Lin 陳儀蓉 林鉦棽 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 105 zh-TW
