Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 人力資源發展系 === 97 === Abstract To face volatile times and the increasingly competitive environment, enterprises could optimize their resources to achieve the integration of applications to a competitive niche through the Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP). Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to provide a reference of the key successful factors on EPR system implementation. The conclusion of the study is based on the result of questionnaire consolidated and the interview with key project member within the case company, the China Ecotek Corporation, which has already had a very successful ERP system implementation experience. The results of interviews are carried out by questionnaire of convenience sampling. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive, exploratory factor analysis, validity analysis, and content validity. The results carried out by empirical analysis are summarized as five major factors: (1) Information technology with the ability to cooperate (2) The will from organizations to implement ERP system (3) The resources of organizations (4) The cooperation between employees and softwaresuppliers (5) System software suppliers with the degree of organizational development From the results through interview and empirical analysis for Key Success Factor of ERP system, the author hopes to set up the model of a reference guideline of ERP system implementation, which may become useful for both the enterprises and academic organizations.
