Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 應用工程科學研究所 === 97 === The study aim to investigate optimum control parameters of proton exchange membrane fuel cell system. The fuel-cell system is contained of a 220-W fuel cell stack, a metal hydride canister, electric fan, solenoid valve, pressure regulator, lead-acid battery, and a controller. To increase driving power in the equivalent hydrogen of system, the study indroduced Taguchi method. It determines optimum working conditions to obtain maximum power and supplied hydrogen rate of fuel cell system, From the experimental model, the result obtained optimum working conditions are : 45W power supply for heater band, 41.369kPa for the pressure controll of injecting hydrogen into the system, 1cm distance between fuel cell and hydrogen tnak, 96W for fuel cell operating power, and horizontal direction for the tank. From the present results tested maximum power is 645083J, and supply of hydrogen rate is 84%.
