The project management theory has been verified regarding the engineer quality, the cost, the schedule and the scope management aspect has the good result, achieves as scheduled, quality shall be controled under the budget cost and so on probabilities of the project goal is high.Case of according to in the this case discussion, no matter is the construction environment, finishes the schedule and under the budget limit request, has the quite big latent risk existence, because this case faced with establishes pressure of the time insufficiency, therefore specially carries on the discussion regarding the schedule management aspect, the time could because of in anticipation the risk assessment procedure and the model establishment, and the risk management skill, and simulated the analysis after Monte Carlo, calculates the project case as scheduled to finish the probability, and to affected the risk factor which the project as scheduled completed, supplys for the decision-maker, takes refuge from avoid, mitegate, transfer in anticipation or accepts and so on the measures the important reference.
