| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 國際企業系 === 97 === Taiwan fastener industry had made a superior manufacturing technology and the excellent product quality; it makes the industry stand on advantage point in the relative fastener industries around the world. Recently, Taiwan facing a very big pressure on low cost and prices from China, which reduce Taiwanese advantage. Thus, this paper focuses on the influence of fastener industries towards business predominance to make up for the inadequacy of former references. Additionally, the previous scholars put more emphasis on the impact of industrial clusters towards manufacturers than on the effect of interaction mechanism based on the viewpoint of manufacturers themselves. Therefore, this paper secondarily emphasizes if the interaction might influence the reaction of industry cluster effect towards competitive advantage.
Through this study, which found out four main factors, including competitor and joiner relationship, knowledge receive, outside resource support and Horizontal cooperation. It is partially supported that the industry cluster effect of fastener industry has a positive impact on industry competitive advantage and that the reciprocation of manufacturer interaction mechanism towards industry cluster effect has an obvious influence on industry competitive advantage.
