| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 97 === Data Loss Prevention outsourcing has been one of the important issues facing information security management recently. One of the most critical steps in outsourcing is provider selection. The aim of this study was to develop a reliable and valid data loss prevention outsourcing provider selection scale. The research process has the following important steps. First, we adopted an integrated outsourcing provider selection’s subscales for scale development. Second, applying Transaction cost theory, Social Exchange Theory and Resource Dependence Theory to strengthen the scale items. At last, scale items were examined by experts and we designed a questionnaire and used factor analysis to analyze data. Our results provided 4 subscales and 30 items. Implications of the study for research and practice are discussed.
