Nevertheless, for ensuring the steadiness of transmission efficiency and monitor quality, these systems are mostly using the frame with wired Network and wireless district Network, but least of them make the related application on which combines with the mobile telecommunication such as GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) and WCDMA (Wide band Code Division Multiple Access). In addition, in these related remote monitoring application, the majority are adopting wired Network or short distance wireless, which means incapable of long distance and cross district. Therefore, this paper brings up the issue of using mobile telecommunication device and analogous digital transformation card to combine the two wireless telecommunication techniques; GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) which is on the basis of GSM Network, and WCDMA which is on the basis of HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Packet Access) Network to be the developing platforms in order to make a set of Unmanned Vehicle Remote Control. The purpose is for using desktops and laptops; after the collocation of the expansion installments with GPRS function or WCDMA system, it is easily to connect through the Internet, and manipulate the Unmanned Vehicle Remote Control dynamically.
