The sensor is utilized inside the cabinet computer laboratory to record and detect temperature and humidity effectively. Then the course curve of temperature and humidity variation is shown on the monitor. This research utilizes the LabVIEW (Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench) software to establish graphic human machine interface. The signal of sensor returns to DAQ (Data Acquisition Hardware) which would analyze and draw the curve of all samples as well as the variation of each sample in one minute. This system can also display the maximum, the minimum and the average in sixty seconds on the monitor and record the data. It is designed an alarm for warning when the temperature/humidity of computer higher than threshold value. The warning, if happening, will link directly to personal maintenance service, then the problem will be handled quickly, and all of data might be preserved. This research uses fuzzy algorithm to design intelligent fans for control the air flow according to the variation of temperature. When voltage of the fans is higher than 9V, a warning will be sent by the alarm and all data will be saved. In this paper, we established a model to test the system and the intelligent fans. The results showed that it was 1℃difference from the target, and even lower than the target value, for the condition of fans locating at side and top. Believing in this real time monitoring system can assist the user to grasp environment control issue immediately, and improve the reliability of equipment.
