To study (HDD) forming limit the triple effect of initial pre-bulge, reducing the friction between workpiece, maintaining punch friction, formable range and suitable forming parameters. Analysis of the mechanical design and construction of square cup deep drawing hydraulic equipment, and compared with experiment simulation results.
