The renewable energy always have problem that can not supply the power continually. Thus, the research plans to combine the renewable energy system with electrolyzer to generate hydrogen. Hydrogen is a well energy carrier. Therefore, by applying the hydrogen in fuel cell can solve the problem of unstable supply of renewable energy. This research includes the study of operation parameters of the electrolyzer for hydrogen production, the conditions of sunshine intensity and various wind speed of spring and winter to operate the system, and then the performance of hydrogen production. For the part electrolyzer parameters study, it considers to increase the temperature of tank water, to cool electrolyzer by an additional fan and to change current at maximum power, in order to observe the amount of hydrogen production rate. In addition, the study employs the solar intensity of spring and winter and wind speed data to operate electrolyzer to understand the amount of hydrogen production in Kaohsiung area. Finally, the experiment obtains the averagee hydrogen production rate are 277cc/min and 295cc/min at 8:00 am and 3:00 pm separately. The efficiency of solar hydrogen is about 14%. For the wind power, it can have available power output when the wind speed higher 7 m/s.
