Servicers' high rate of personnel loss is the cost waste biggest origin, the period of service shallower clerk usual rate of personnel loss is higher. This research plans to discuss under so the adverse circumstance environment, recruits the servicers in view of the life insurance company, the role pressure, the personality special characteristic as well as the trusting relationship carries on the discussion to its work achievements performance influence situation. Therefore, speaking of the trusting relationship, the personality special characteristic and the clerk individual role pressure behavior adjustment, this interaction's viewpoint, to the practice instruction, it is of help limitedly. How should break this limit is the motive which this research wants to inquire into vigorously, hoped for that can bring a better solution for the enterprise. This research take the life insurance servicers as the main range of study, the research goal in the discussion role pressure, the personality special characteristic, the trusting relationship and works correlational of achievements result, collects by way of the examination entire, guides relations of the research construction, but can confirm supposition of the research to be as follows: 1. Is variable between by the different population statistic the difference to look at this research supposition 1: The role pressure, the personality special characteristic, the trusting relationship and work the achievements to have the remarkable difference to earn the part support. 2. Are variable between by the role pressure and the work achievements the relevance to look at this research supposition 2: And between the role pressure and the work achievements is not remarkable is related. 3. Are variable between by the personality special characteristic and the work achievements the relevance to look at this research supposition 3: And between the personality special characteristic and the work achievements has the partial correlations. 4. Between the trusting relationship and works the achievements to be variable the relevance to look at this research supposition 4: And the trusting relationship and works between the achievements to have obviously related.
