Summary: | 碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 商學與管理研究所 === 97 === The purpose of this study is to construct the job performance Indices for Graduated Students of Technology University. Literature review and experts consultation, and questionnaire survey methods were used in this study. It was aimed to explore the definition, theories and characters, of the job performance indices. After the experts consultation, five job performance dimensions of the questionnaire were established as follows: work attitude, work efficiency, innovative performance, work quality, interpersonal relationship. The survey questionnaire based Literature review and expert’s opinions for the job performance indices were developed.
The questionnaire uses Cronbach’s Alpha reliability, and the Bartlett test, the KMO test,the Principle analysis, t test, anova analysis person correltion.Finally, the conclusions obtained ten factors of job performace work: innovate and efficiency, interpersonal represent, work represent, job respect spirit, work represent, communicate coordinate, initiative active, to break convention, active everything, result performace. Subjects are the graduated students of 4-years program in technology university.
Using the factor analysis to construct the validity of data, the ten sub-scales accounted for 82.134% of total variance were constructed. The results of this study provide the significant directions and content for graduated students employed in world of work, and also offer a good reference for the undergraduate students.
