It’s no doubt that information technology should be introduced into the teaching in the near future. Besides, that the fuction of education can be fully realized or not depands much on teacher’s job involvement. This study aims on the current status of electronic-campus satisfaction, the willing of information technology integrated instrction, and job involvement of teacher’s opinions about this kind of environment. Totally 450 sets of questionnaires sent and 376 sets of valid ones received. That information we gather is analyzed by SPSS version 12.0 through T test and single -factor coefficient of variation. The results are as following: 1. From the background variable aspects, including sex, the disparity in age, seniority of information technology integrated instruction, information seed schools, and location, there is an obvious difference in the E-enviornment satisfaction of junior high school teachers. 2. From the background variable aspects, including sex and wireless internet services, there is an obvious difference in the willing of information technology integrated instruction of junior high school teachers. 3. From the background variable aspects, including sex and information seed schools, there is an obvious difference in the job involvement of junior high school teachers. 4. The campus E-environment satisfaction has positive correlation with the willing of information technology integrated instrction. 5. The willing of information technology integrated instrction has positive correlation with the job involvement. 6. The campus E-environment satisfaction has positive correlation with the job involvement.
