Summary: | 碩士 === 康寧大學 === 資產管理與城市規劃研究所 === 97 === The result of land-use change is derived from the interaction of multi-class socio-economic, including in demographic, economic, technological, political, and other correlative factors. The complex interaction is not only a contingent process, but also difficult to analyze via measurement and regional difference. Through the progress of information system in recent years, it is helpful to understand the characteristics of land-use change by the dynamic simulation of the space; furthermore, the research methods to predict the trend of land-use development are increased. Referring to environmental management and land-use planning, it could be applied in regional land strategy as well, and it’s also beneficial for future environmental planning and the state changes.
In addition, the notion of land-use change is from woodland managements in the earlier periods. Recently, the dense areas are involved in this domain, such as urban land, agricultural land, etc. Utilizing Cellular Automata (CA) on land-use change research can analyze and clarify the association of using spatial organization between biological, natural, and social-economic circumstance. Therefore, it’s the important concept for not only the land management of urban and rural area but the environmental planning, which is the way from bottom to top for maintaining the stability of land-use structure and not influenced by local.
According to the analysis of regional dynamic, this research focuses on transforming Driving Forces and simulation to establish the dynamic model for land-use change of CA, which it contains spatial and non-spatial analysis: the regularization of the pattern, the socio-economic statistics, the study area conditions area of land use change in computing, and so on. Take Kaohsiung County as an empirical example, in order to construct a mode for land-use change of CA, the quantification and description between different Driving Forces and land-use will be disposed persistently by space configuration program with decision rules.
