However, it affects the environment more and more seriously. The solution of the problem is to start from the ecotourism which is integrated by ecology education, environmental protection and cultural experiences. The stainable management and development of ecotourism must combine with the compulsory education. Therefore, the elementary school teachers play critical parts toward the ecotourism. The research takes 13 elementary schools,523 teachers in He-Mei area as an example. The purpose of the research is to investigate elementary school teachers’ ecotourism cognitions, attitudes and the consideration for outdoor education and to analyze the relationships and influences of all aspects. The outcomes can be a referral of processing outdoor education or related activities for the interrelated departments and schools. The results of the study indicated that primary school teachers express high cognitions on ecotourism and show their positive attitudes to expand it. The teachers’ participation in ecotourism shows obvious differences between ecotourism cognitions, attitudes and the consideration about outdoor education. The more participation the teachers have, the more positive attitudes they show. Besides, they will pay much attention to outdoor education. The results were explored intimate relationship between the teachers’ experience in outdoor education and the participation in ecotourism. The teachers with experience in outdoor education show positive attitudes about ecotourism. The teachers without any experience in outdoor education pay less attention on ecotourism. It was also discovered that the relationship among teacher’ ecotourism cognitions, attitudes and the consideration for outdoor education appear direct proportion. Furthermore, the regression analysis showed that ecotourism cognition have strong prediction on ecotourism attitudes. Besides, ecotourism cognition expressed vigorous interpretation on ecotourism. Among the III variables, sustainable management and development appeared exceptional influences. According to the result of the research, the suggestions from the research were: The teachers should be positive about participating in ecotourism activities, using public media at large to promote the relative courses intensely. The school must integrate ecotourism into the curriculums and use the model of ecotourism. The governments need to set up a complete narration system and encourage the teachers to take the training programs and to get the certificates and to complete the assessments of the qualified ecotourism locations and the agents soon.
