碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 管理研究所碩士在職專班 === 97 === The sources of components for developing entrance guard system are increasing due to the technological innovation. The function of entrance guard system depends on the configuration and combination of related components. To develop new system by new components and new requirement is difficult than before. But the new system has more value for users and suppliers. Therefore, how to use new components under new business model to design new system will be the strategic issues for suppliers. The research focuses on the new business model to study the relations of key activities for improving business performance. The study had conducted a systematic research process, from literature review to interview, and to discuss the related issues to propose the practical suggestions. The study finds that two business model will be better for performance. The first is for customizing system and service, the system innovation is required, and by direct selling. The second is for standardized items, the component innovation and by dealer and agents will be better.
