Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 國際事務研究所碩士班 === 97 === From twenty-one century, because of the government and industries can’t work well- rounded, besides, different revenue、religions、race or education will bring diverse demands. Therefore, the NPO appeared, and develop vigorously. There have numerous NPO with different missions, although SGI origins from Japan, however, this religion group can expanded to all over the world. Now, there about 192 nations became members of this organization at least. The develop condition will adjust due to variety customs. To observe from management, the SGI no matter on arrangement、employment、 control、volunteers recruit and mission formulate, all different from others. This research will according to bibliographies, find out characteristics of SGI with interview、observation and analysis. Besides, after conclusion, I will offer some advise: 1. The SGI can transfer extensive resources into society; it also can promote international culture’s level. 2. The SGI can cooperate with volunteers of community, to create a peaceful society.
