This study utilized questionnaire survey method. The subjects of the study were 656 elementary school senior students in Taoyuan County. The data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, t test, biserial correlation, pearson product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression. The results of the study are now as follows: 1. In general , elementary school senior students tended to have more internal control than external control . 2. The elementary school senior students’ frustration tolerance were above middle degree. 3. The elementary school senior students’ learning adjustment were above middle degree. 4. The locus of control of elementary school senior students with different grade showing the apparent varieties without the influence of genders. 5. The different background variables of the elementary school senior students’ frustration tolerance reveal the difference. 6. The different background variables of the elementary school senior students’ learning adjustment reveal the difference. 7. There was significant correlation between the locus of control, frustration tolerance, and learning adjustment of the elementary school senior students. 8. Learning adjustment could be predicted well according to the locus of control and frustration tolerance of the elementary school senior students. According to the findings, the study made suggestions to be referred to the studies and the educational counseling in the future.
