The research focuses on relationship among organizational identity, organizational image, organizational citizenship behaviors and business reengineering key success factors. The object is to find out how organizational identity and organizational image help the company via organizational citizenship behavior. The object of this study list as below: 1. To understand the relationship among organizational identity, organizational image and business reengineering key success factors. 2. To understand the effect from organizational identity and organizational image to organizational citizenship behaviors. 3. To understand the effect from business reengineering key success factors to organizational citizenship behaviors. In this study, 546 questioners were sanded to whole employees and got 298 returns.(return ratio:55%). And the research finding list as below: 1. There is a difference between organizational identity and organizational image. 2. Organizational identity and organizational image have valid forecast ability on organizational citizenship behaviors. 3. Organizational identity have stronger forecast ability on organizational citizenship behaviors than organizational image. 4. Organizational identity and organizational image have invalid forecast ability on business reengineering key success factors. 5.
