| Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 資訊工程學系碩士班 === 97 === In recent years mobile device is very common. Many kinds of mobile device application service are also gradually increases. In this thesis, we construct a system which bases on mobile devices and combines mobile community and device location information to build a mobile position service system. This system provides several functions such as monitoring service, community classification, respite service and E-911 service for the manager of charitable organization to track and assign volunteer. Mobile devices belonging to this system transmit the personal location information to the mobile position service system automatically and periodically. Exploiting such location information, the E-911 service can be achieved by finding the nearest volunteer in system location database when the system receives an emergent call. Besides, propose system plays a role of friend matching. This system contributes a new way combining humanity and science to provide great help for charitable organization.
