碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 97 === With great competition of global environment, enterprises usually rely on information to get competitive advantage. Large information systems (IS) integrate data with the business process and provide real-time information. With the best practice, the impacts on implementation of large information system are complicated and expansive. In the year of 2003, DeLone and McLean reviewed 10 years update papers and provided an updated DeLone and McLean IS success model. It has six constructs, information quality, system quality, service quality, intention to use/use, satisfaction and net benefit. This study reviews the IS success paper between the august of 2002 and 2007. The results of extended model include. The result show that there are two more section which is the Antecedents’ factors of information system and perceived risk. Antecedents’ factors of information system include three concepts Human element、system analysis and consultant. The results of our extended IS success model could be referred when enterprises prepare to implement under telecom’s (WiMax) ERP system.
