After questionnaire survey, we collected 80 questionnaires, and 74 of whom were effective. There are three topics we want to investigate: First, the positive impact of business process change to ERP system implement performance into the middle way; Second, the positive amd negative impact of business process change to ERP system implement performance into the middle way; Final, what organizational factors interference the way from business process changes to ERP system implement performance. The data analyzed by descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis and structural equation model. This study had used the statistical analytical approaches to research the relationship between business process change and ERP system implement performance effectivenes. The results showed that: 1.Business process changes can not be directly brought into the performance of ERP system implementment. 2.After business process change, the performance of business process have positive effectiveness to ERP system implementment. 3.After business process change, side effects have negative effectiveness to ERP system implementment. 4.Characteristics of the following organizations in the business process changes will have significant side effects: higher level of innovation in organizations, the centralization of the lower level , an official of lower level organizations and the organization of smaller organizations. 5.The degree of centralization and scale with the different organizations, the impact of business process changes into the performance of ERP system implement is significantly different ways. 作者未提供 張財源 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 81 zh-TW
