| Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士在職專班 === 97 === For IT Outsourcing provider in Taiwan nowadays, there are too many competitors while the individual economic scales are limited and the added value and the marginal utility are low. In order to conquer the difficulty of IT outsourcing provider in Taiwan, Gartner group stated that IT outsourcing provider should head to BSP（Business Service Provider）mode. As BSP offers outsourcing services from software level to enterprise-procedure level and they can serve many clients at the same time, IT outsourcing providers in Taiwan might be able to find future directions in BSP mode. This research investigated successful BSPs to figure out critical factors of success. IT outsourcing providers in Taiwan might be benefit from the results of this research. Six critical factors of success were found: (1) Selection of the right target market, (2) offer Customization and. standardization service satisfy customer’s requirement, (3) high reliability of information security, (4) reasonable price and terms of payment, (5) development and implement time must be short (6) support of unexpected accident. The result of research demonstrated that the six critical success factors of BSP will strongly affect the motivation of enterprises for IT outsourcing.
