Students experience major differences from physiology to psychology in the period of junior high school, someone also call it as rebellious phase.The environment’s influence on students is not only at the level of knowledge absorbing but also at the level of value system establishing. School’s administration is considered to be one important factor which influences student’s personality establishing in the mean time. Thus, this study tries to examine the ethical climate’s influence on administrator’s perception of job satisfaction and job performance, then tests the hypotheses we developed. This study explores how the ethical climate influences administrator’s organization commitment and job satisfaction in junior high school. Then, this study examines how organization commitment and job satisfaction further influence job performance and turnover intention. For example, organizational commitment positively influences the will to carry administrative tasks, job performance, job satisfaction and socialization. Role ambiguity negatively influences job satisfaction, socialization and job performance. The relationships between independent judge-oriented ethical climate and the other ethical constructs are not significant. Besides, this study has different finding from the previous hypotheses -- role ambiguity do not positively influence role conflict and role conflict do not negatively influence job satisfaction.
