The mouse and keyboard are the most controlling media. However, the Human-Computer device is not intuitive interaction. In order to interaction, users must learn how to use this device.
This research analyses Human-Computer Interface and user interaction with the structuralism in linguistics and interaction model, and advances a direct control interface. The purpose of this study is to propose an interactive structure which combines the interaction, manipulation, and contents in interactive device. The device in this study displays manipulation of interaction with hand.
In order to achieve the purpose, this research is divided into the following steps. The first step is to explore the structure of interaction from linguistic structure and Human-Computer Interface. Second, approach to the structure of interface by interaction, control, and contents. Third, display a hand-controlled interactive device to direct control information and browse contents.
This study combines the interaction, manipulation, and contents of interaction by the concept of structure which strengthens the interface’s functions. This research approaches to direct control in interactive device in order to enable users can direct control information.
