This research is for the purpose of showing our country recruitment organization sets up the idea, and discusses and of system of military service the understanding various countries main recruitment country; The conformity various scholars viewpoint to organizes the significance discussion and the theory which and recruits gives a showing, then on domestic, outside the system of military service and the recruitment organization history of evolution explained, and makes a comparison of system of military service by the present recruitment country.
